1  Not Another Fetching Wristwarmer Post in Knitting: Completed Projects by stellarmonkey on: February 05, 2007 04:58:32 PM
Oh yes, this is another Fetching post.   Cheesy
My first FO of 2007.  This was shipped off today for a swap themed Pink & Brown.  It came out so pretty, I wanted to keep it for myself.  Alas, I unselfishly sent it out, but lucky for me, I have another skein to make one for me me me me!
Thanks for looking!  Grin

A few weeks ago, my crafty friend Rebecca hosted a holiday card making day.  It was a day filled with it yummy food, champagne and lots and lots of craft supplies for many cards.  So here are some of the cards from that fun-filled day.

3  Re: Star Baby Blanket~Along in Crochetalongs by stellarmonkey on: December 02, 2006 03:15:55 PM
Hope it's not too late.  Here is mine, however it's still not finished.  I can't figure out how big it should be for a one year old.  That picture was taken on my queen size bed.  The blanket is 34 1/2" from tip top to the bottom and 42" across from tip to tip.

I was trying to figure out why it doesn't lay flat and my conclusion is that when i began this blanket, I was crocheting tight stitches and as I was plodding along, my stitches were getting way loose.  So much for trying to get this thing done as fast as possible.
