1  UNITED STATES / Minnesota / Minneapolis Craft Group starting soon and looking for space to have????? on: July 13, 2007 11:23:44 PM
Hello Crafty people
I just moved here from Atlanta Ga and I had a group there called the crafty pirates. We met 2 days a month and made all kinds of fun things at my house. I am in MPLS now and want to start the group here because I am itching to craft again and also make good crafty friends like I did in Atlanta. Problem is I do not have a big place yet, working on that. Anyone out there know of a good place we can craft? Possibly a coffee shop that is not that busy at night?
Please email me if you are intersted.
Check out www.myspace.com/thecraftypirates
I will be continuing to post on there with more information. It is a FREE group unless there are special supplies to get. Everyone is welcome. New to crafting old to crafting you are welcome!
I am excited to get this going again.

2  Georgia / Georgia: Central / Atlanta Crafty Pirates Craft Group Looking for people to join us Sundays 3-6pm on: October 25, 2006 08:15:37 PM
We have been crafting for about a year now. Our group has gotten small due to people change of jobs and moving. We are looking to expand. It is a free group. We are a group of laid back fun people that want to get a move on and create things. It is a group that motivates each other. I have tons of crafts that I would like to do. This Sunday we are cutting up and designing t shirts that look better than they do currently. Just bring over a couple t shirts and make them into a skirt or tank top. I have a book FULL of ideas. I will also have my button maker out just in case you feel like making punk rock size buttons. This group is for adults only and currently most people that show are from 20-35 years old. Email me with any questions and for the address. We also have food at the group and you can bring something to share if you feel like it. (you do not have to though) Check us out soon in ADORN magazine the November Issue. New to crafting old to crafting all are welcome!
