2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / cute, easy to make top on: June 05, 2004 06:40:07 PM
i made this top for my mom for mothers day. the red armadillo was from this shirt she's had for ages. i just cut it out then put it on a hanes white t-shirt. then i cut and tied the sides up, and i cut off the collar and part of the sleeves. it was pretty easy to make! hope you enjoy the idea! its a great way to reinvent old shirts!

3  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / board game table* on: June 05, 2004 05:17:51 PM
i made this table from an old monopoly junior board game. i got the idea from a magazine a couple of years ago. its not too hard to make if you're good with tools and stuff. i used pre-made table legs that you can buy at home-depot which made it easier. the fringe was from walmart! i hope you like the idea! comments please!
