I supposed to doing my final year project but i got so stress out, i sewing instead. hahaha one way to channel the stress right? i managed to make 2 wallet for ladies and one for my man, Chello ngeee.. the wallet for chello is not really handmade.. more to re-vamp.. haha his wallet already worn out.. then i found some hush puppies wallet.. so i just use mod podge and glue the "cool-electronic circuit board fabric" onto it. i hope he like it. another 2 wallets are for my friends.. oh! i also make file organizer for my friend. ngeee so she can put all her college stuff into it.

I have this trip with friends to north of malaysia on last weekend. so i figure i should make myself a weekender bag so i can put all my stuff and style it together hee so i make a draft pattern using my electronic circuit novelty fabric which i looooove so much! and pipe it with black pipping and lined with black polka dots voile fabric. make a zipper pocket inside. my friends are all "ooh" and "aah" with it and i just love it:) plus i make a make up together lined with vinyl, both side and also a eye mask. so i can sleep while in train ngee. so happy

i just do try and error in making myself this laptop sleeve. at first i combine 2 identical size fabric at each but turns out my laptop can't fit in it. so i try attach another fabric around it so it has more depth. finally, it fit perfectly! hee lined with flannel and quilt batting for protection:)

7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / fitted t-shirt and a boxer! on: September 13, 2009 05:57:46 AM
i have two baggy t-shirt which are presents from my boyfriends when he studying at sarawak, malaysia. he didn't know my size as the t-shirt present was his surprise for me. (he post it to my house from sarawak!)i rarely wore it outside as i don't like the baggy-ness. then few years later (yup the t-shirt stay in my wardrobe for almost 3years and the good thing is my boyf was good to understand why i didn't wear it heee), i decided to alter it so it can fit me better and also now i know how to sew haha

as the alteration addiction still going strong.. i start to use some old stripy t-shirt scrap to make a boxer. the t-shirt has a big skull on the left chest, so i cut it out and sew at the back of boxer yeay! a new boxer for sleep!

8  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / pillow and more pillow! on: September 13, 2009 05:43:57 AM
mom bought a new chair from ikea. pair with her large study table for her room. so she request a pillow to put on the chair to make her feels comfy. but i measure the chair wrong so it turns out to be a bit smaller.. but she said she's okay with it and she will make it work hehe that's why i love her.. always appreciate ngeee

another neck pillows for my car.. i constantly driving back and forth to work and my neck hurt badly especially during traffic jam. so i make a set of two ngee but i think i draft it wrongly... i suppose to make the side where we put the neck much puffy.. so better try next time!

wee i found this amazing lino type softcut. i have tried other lino before this and its looks almost like lino carpet. lino softcut is more softer and easier to carve. i love it better because the texture almost like eraser. i design stamp like my label so i can stamp all over packaging later wee
