3  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: my new favorite dinosaur! lots 'o pics! on: April 25, 2014 03:03:38 PM
I've been seeing these dino planters popping up 'round the internet and I think they're so cool!  I have a few questions, though.  What do you use to cut out the hole?  Is it hard?  How do you approach drainage for the plant - specifically, do you have any trouble with mold/mildew growing inside the plastic dino because there isn't any drainage?

7  CLOTHING / Costumes: Completed Projects / Re: Props for Joker Costume on: September 22, 2013 08:21:20 AM
Wow, those are ghoulish!  You are quite the prop master.  Thanks for adding video, too.  It was quite impressive to see them in action, both worked much more smoothly than I would have expected.  So cool!!!

Is your Joker costume for Halloween, or do you also do conventions?
8  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: TARDIS quilt on: July 20, 2013 12:48:11 PM

9  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Hummingbirdy on: July 19, 2013 01:44:29 PM
That is GORGEOUS and your stitching is perfect!  I thought it was machine stitched from the preview pic.  Satin stitch gives me trouble, so I'm super impressed that yours looks so nice!

What a great idea!  I eat your re-use of materials and the mat turned out fantastically.  How is it holding up so far?
