Thanks for the comment. I just ordered and received some awesome watch movements from Russia. The gears still function. I'll be making a few things with these and as soon as I teach myself to use rivets and cold connections, I'll be working on some more pieces with more movement. YeY!!! I got the pic to upload!

Hi everyone, I got this catalog in the mail the other day and saw this $25.00 'Vampire Bite' choker. My 35 year old daughter LOVES Halloween, goes all out with decorations and dresses up, too. I decided to make one for her. Let me know what you think.

i have soooo mny pairs of earrings and I needed a way to be able to see them all at the same time to be able to pick correctly for my outfit. So, I got 2, 2 dollar packages of 4 pieces each of cork board, like for bulletin boards. Then out of 2 of the pieces, I cut 8 strips and glued them around the back of 2 full pieces. This helps them NOT lie flat against the wall. Then I positioned them and nailed them on my wall next to my dressing table. The nail heads make good neclace holders, too.

This is what I did with mine. Since I've finished it, I have shortened it more. It's not a tunic anymore, now it's just a waist length top.
I like yours. I hope this helps.
