1  U.K. AND IRELAND / SCOTLAND / Re: Zero posts! on: December 28, 2008 03:42:43 AM
Hey, old thread, but I shall step forward. I'm from Glasgow, and with regards to getting craft supplies, I don't have too much trouble. The only thing I find difficult to source is soap making supplies. This may be cos I'm just new to the craft, but I've had to get a lot of stuff from the net. Any soapers in Scotland want to share their secrets?
2  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re: Bath and Beauty Challenges on: December 12, 2008 12:50:47 PM
I think a challenge would be awesome! Smiley
I'm not fussed what type of challenge, it's always good to try something new!
Sorry I couldn't be of more help but I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this board Smiley
3  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Strawberry Gashes & Sugar Skulls on: October 16, 2008 05:02:31 AM
Those strawberries are fantastic, if I didn't feel so guilty about how much I had been spending recently, I would buy one. I read your story and agree with the above poster about how far you've come. I've been in the same situation and know how hard it is to come out the other side. Well done Smiley

Also I'm a Jack Off Jill fan Smiley

This is fab, you grow your own moth repellent!

Lavender also apparently repels spiders, and the spiders we get here are terrifying. I think I'll be trying out this project.
5  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Top Gear Telly Cushion. on: October 14, 2008 01:32:31 AM
This is fantastic, you must've spent forever cutting out those wee bits.

In the UK we have a channel called Dave that shows repeats of TopGear all day. You'd love it.
6  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions / New Flat Ideas? on: July 01, 2008 07:10:35 AM
Hii. I posted a similar topic last time I moved and you guys helped a lot so I'm doing it again ^_^

The trouble is, last time I moved I really hated the flat I moved into and I'm scared I'm gonna do the same thing so I want you guys to persuade me that I'm doing the right thing and maybe gimmie some ideas on the best way to maximise the potential of this flat.

&Btw, the living room is actually as big as it looks Tongue

I really want black bedroom furniture but I don't think it would go with the oaky shelves and stuff in the bedroom.

Also, none of the furniture is mine so I'll be buying all new furniture.

Cheers!

This is fantastic. When I clicked on the title, I was really hopeing it was THAT Moss.

I love the IT Crowd.

I love it. Reminds me of A Clockwork Orange.

This is awesome, you have some imagination to think that up! Also, your kitty is gorgeous. Annnddd finally, I had this EXACT same toy tea set when I was wee, over a decade ago. Weird. And I've just read the post below who said they had one too. Mental.
10  U.K. AND IRELAND / SCOTLAND / Re: Craft Fair - Dennistoun, Glasgow on: March 21, 2008 02:14:22 AM
I doubt I'd be able to participate as a stallholder, can't afford it and don't have enough stuff Tongue

But I'd love if you kept me updated on the whereabouts etc?

Thanks,
Megan xo
