Thank you guys so much for following along and all words of encouragement and the wonderful things that keep me going everyday.

I am starting to do a few with certain themes for people, if anyone feels like suggesting a theme or subject I'd be happy to try to give it a try, I've got till the end of the year hehe.

the soluble Graphite are the these graphite pencils with color in them and they act like watercolor when you add water kind of.  The brand I am using is Derwent and they are called Graphitint.  It says "Coloured Soluble Graphite Pencils" on the tin.  They were a very appreciated Christmas Present! They don't look vibrant in the pencil but when you add water WOW they come to life.

Soon I want to try a bit more assemblage with the cards, you guys inspire me so much!

Thank you so much kaleesi! *blush*

This really is turning into a huge experimentation with different styles and helping me get more comfortable with certain media.

I have a lot of backlog here from when I was gone, they are all done and on my site up to the 23'rd.  I've got today's but not scanned in.... it will have to wait until tomorrow I'm all scanned out from these hehe.

They were mostly rushed though since I fit them in between a busy schedule.  (I'll post a few a day until I'm caught up... in the meantime they are here if you want to see http://www.moonshinebluebirds.com/aceoaday/aceoindex.html

Am happy to be back home and less rushed (I hope!) and spend a longer amount of time on them now!

Here is the one I was referring to...

I can only take credit for this being taken with my camera, my sister had apprehended it for the last half of the reception (heck... she might of taken most of them, she has a better eye than I do)

So cheers for Tami my sister, I had one too many rum and cokes to remember which ones I took hehe.

RCKFELLA your dogs are gorgeous, such awesome pictures of them.

And kiwiblue that picture of your cats makes me smile! what a great shot Smiley

Here are a couple from my cousin's wedding I just attended... I still haven't gone through them all, its going to take a while!  The shots of the kids at the reception though always turn out I think, they are excited and dancing around and tired all at the same time.

there is one I just need to find... one little girl was just a STAR! and had to pose like a professional ballroom dancer or something, they crack me up!

The bride and her father

this last one I think was taken by my dad with his camera that was not getting good pics, very noisy and he had it set on a low setting so low rez also.  I did what I could in photoshop kind of stylizing it some, because I really liked the picture.

We're both on Olympus camera's but very different models.

Thanks so much again Smiley  the kitty is drawn after one of our cats Polly.  She just has the longest body and smallest head.  She's one of the rescues we took in from a feral momma, but none of the other kittens in the litter had her long odd shape.

Here is todays Smiley

Day 14 January 14, 2008
