You're a genius!!!

2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: a little tiny dress on: January 23, 2007 11:09:33 PM

So sweet!!! I like it as a dress. You could easily 'get away with it' if you wore it with a pair of leggings or tights.

3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: My first dress/skirt on: January 20, 2007 08:01:41 PM

It's very sweet. I love it! If I had a dress like that I might call it "Alice", or "Edgar", or something. I'm going to make one too, now! I also love your cardigans icon, by the way.

4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: My Homecoming Dress. Leopard&&//Lace on: January 20, 2007 07:56:03 PM

Terribly, terribly adorable!!!

5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Designed it, sketched it, and made it~ on: January 20, 2007 07:51:57 PM

It's very pretty. I'd love to see it on a real person! (Not that dress forms aren't real people... Tongue )

6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Yay Rockabilly! Tattoo halter dress on: January 18, 2007 10:55:09 PM

I've never seen the black version of that tatoo fabric... It's great!

7  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Sandman mail sorter on: January 17, 2007 10:33:37 PM
That's really great, but please please please don't tell me you cut up the Sandman books!!! Those are like sacred texts!

Otherwise it looks amazing.

Thanks.    And rest easy -  they're just images I got off of google.

Ha ha! That's exactly what I was thinking. The first thing that came to my mind was "That's the most brilliant thing I've ever seen!" and then I thought "Oh no! How did he get those? Is that supposed to be some kind of sick joke?"

I feel much better now.

Those things are so handy! Did you find an existing mail-sorter and cover it, or make your own?

8  CLOTHING / Costumes: Completed Projects / Re: Burlesque Costume (first post also) on: January 17, 2007 09:42:20 PM

That's crazy! I really really like the first costume, but I actually cannot tell what you've made here. Everything looks great, so I'd take that as a huge compliment.

I made the head piece and skirt that I'm wearing and my friends absinth fairy skirt.

That's awesome. Everything looks absolutely perfect.

9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Lace insert ghost hoody (super pic heavy) on: January 17, 2007 09:40:34 PM

What a great idea! I'll have to try making something with a lace inset sometime. It would look fine without the hood -- but seriously, nicely shaped hoods are (in my opinion) hard to come by, and yours looks great. I think you should keep it. It fits perfectly with the shirt.

I love them!!! I really really do. Are they comfortable?
