If it's very stiff than you may not need any interfacing. you may be able to make it without any kind of liner too. I would just make sure than you really reinforce your stiches and i agree the glue may be a good idea to keep it from tearing.

Hey I was looking at the top curtian a little more and it has some pletes in it. I'm not too good at expalining that. There are some tutes that might help on here more. I'd serch around some for it. Sorry.

The long shower curtian could be made with two peices of fabric cut to the length plus like 5 inches. You can just hem 3 sides and the top you just hem it with enough space to fit the rod through.

The Top Curtian looks like it has a tention rod in it. You would roughly do it the same way just in a different shape.

I don't know if that helps but that's how I would do it. You can add trim and everything. you can buy it by the yard at the fabric store and you may be able to just hot glue it around the bottom.
Good luck post pictures when your done.

I don't know if you have Hancocks fabric where you are but i know that they sell rug backing by the yard there in the vinal area. Its like a rubber grid it works great!
I also found these online today and thought they might help you (I've been itching to make a fur rug also so ive been looking for the best way)
