1  Re: Holy Potholders, Batman!! in Crochet: Completed Projects by CraftyGal1965 on: January 15, 2012 01:24:00 PM
WOAH! That is Awesome! Green Lantern, Flash, or Wonder Woman potholders would be so cool. Thank you for the inspiration - this is now on my ever-growing "to make" list!!! You rock!

Here is a Superman Logo

Found this Wonder Woman one (for Sale)

This is cool...Justice League of America, pixelated

Here are a couple of Green Lantern Charts

Couldn't one for Flash...

2  Re: So cool! [Angry Birds] in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by CraftyGal1965 on: December 18, 2011 11:45:33 AM
I have crocheted three of them so far and still working on the bomb bird, need to get back to finishing these guys as my future son-in-law has asked for the set.

I love the designs...so lifelike better than the stuffies they are selling in stores!

I will have to reconfigure how I crocheted this.  I was busy just with the challenge of it.  I used Patons Astra with a 2.75 mm hook and Cha-Cha with a 3.00 mm hook.  I hope you like it.

6  Re: Functional male anatomy (inspired by female anatomy thread) *Now with patter in Crochet: Completed Projects by CraftyGal1965 on: January 04, 2008 05:31:05 PM
These were inspired by this thread:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=43955.0.  I'm attending a Christmas dinner tonight and I wanted to make something for my friends, but they're not exactly the cutesy-animal type, so I came up with these:

This is for a gay guy friend.

And this is for a girl friend who likes 'em smooth.

They're not very big...

I doubt if they'll ever use them as keychains, but it's the thought that counts right?

Now what to make my guy friend?  I wanted to attempt the female anatomy, but adapt it into something more functional... oh well.  I have 8 hours to come up with something.  Smiley

Edit:  The pattern can be found here:  http://manilahooker.blogspot.com/  Do post pix of your willies!  Thanks!  Cheesy

The pictures and blog links aren't working.  I would love the pattern.

7  Re: BUNNY! based on lavender bunny pattern in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by CraftyGal1965 on: January 02, 2008 02:06:38 PM
What you do is go into the message there is an icon with a picture on it .  When you click on it this is what will appear "[ img ] [ /img ]", without the spacing.  I put the spacing in so you can see what would appear.  Place the html in between the two words in brackets.

Hope this helps.

9  Re: Crocheted Hook Case in Crochet: Completed Projects by CraftyGal1965 on: January 02, 2008 01:53:49 PM
Just something really simple. If I were to do it over again I'd change a bunch of things, but at least I have something to keep my hooks in order! I just recently lost my scissors, so that pocket is empty :-(

I love it!.  do you have a pattern for it? Hint...hint.
