i don't know what happened to the partner i sent to but they definitely would have arrived by now so i'm just going to post them

close up on detail

she liked boho style so i tried to fray edges and attempted some fancy embroidery stitching with my sewing non embroidery machine. it was difficult.

twiztid blood may recognize the fabric haha

my second knitted item and my first (completed) bag
my fave wrstlet/only one i ever use (because nothing else fits my passport (ie only ID) has been dying for a long time so i made this one (with more room so my passport doesn't get killed)

all stokinette and that's how i learned stokinette curls. fixed that with nice brown lining. snaps to close it (but they're a pain t oopen i kinda hate them at least since one made me bleed jerks)

it's just a square folded in half

(there are stripes, don't know if they're visible)

28  sweatshirt to pixie skirt in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by bombgirl on: October 05, 2006 04:23:28 PM
i did a promo thing for pogos and had an XL sweatshirt
so i made it into a skirt
i realized after i cut all the pieces that i prolly shoulda measured them...but luckily it worked out anyway

for the waist band i used the bottom of the sweatshirt (the ribbed elastic-y thingie) and put it around my hips and measured the size i wanted

for the pieces i cut ragged pieces of the body of the sweatshirt - narrow-er on top, wider at bottom.
then just sewed it all together

ps excuse the weird pic. i am having a queen of fug day  Tongue

29  gnome table in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by bombgirl on: October 05, 2006 04:17:37 PM
a table i've had kicking around for a while. finally finished painting it. for a long time i just had the gnome and rainbow so it started to go yellow-y but finally finished and varnished (hence why the colours of the birds don't really match up with gnomey)

ok this is my first post with pics so bear with me if it doesn't work and if it doesn't work feel free to tell me how to do it
