SOOOO cool, will you date my little brother too?  He would LOVE this, and it's too much work for me to do before christmas Cheesy

If I were you I would stencil the old english writing on the saw.  But that's just me.

I can't WAIT to see this completed!!

203  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / My lovey picture frame on: October 05, 2006 10:18:31 AM
This is a wal-mart picture frame, along with pictures of my fiance' and myself (taken by his sister, quite the moment catching photographer!) on his last leave before heading to Iraq.

The letters are inspired by the Red Hot Chili Peppers song Tell Me Baby.  They're scrapbooking die-cuts.  Oh, sorry about that ungodly nail that it's on, he's not the most delicate picture hanger Smiley
204  KNITTING / Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller / (FO!!) Umbilical cord baby hat + intarsia on: October 05, 2006 10:14:23 AM
*waves* I'm new to the craftster community, so here is my first knitted project (for here anyway).

This is it!! My friend's brother's girlfriend just had a baby girl.  And they were going crazy trying to find a baby girl John Deere tractor hat, `cause I guess they do tractor pulls or something.  So, I made one!!

Modeled by Cheer Bear!  I hope they like it!
205  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Allow myself to introduce.. myself. (6 pics) on: October 05, 2006 10:09:58 AM
Hi!  I'm a long time lurker of craftster, and now that I've got my computer hooked up, as well as my digital camera in operating condition, I can finally post things of substance!!

So first of all, here are some stencil projects:

A tee for my friend Missy (no kidding!).  She got gastric bypass over winter break, so I made a shirt so we could recognise her.

The back! wooooooooo!

Multi project of snowboarders.  This is white jesso on cardboard, watercolor, spray paint, and the snowboarders are stenciled with acrylic.  It was a birthday gift, and she LOVED it!!  Grin

Knitting bag for my friend Sharon.  That yarn ball is COMPLETELY stenciled, including all the teeny tiny black lines.  It is probably my favorite work though.  I wish I would have made the stencils out of something more sturdy then notebook paper though.  I would like one for myself.

And this is me!  Not stenciled at all, but I thought I'd put a face to the name.

I will also be found at the knitting, crocheting, jewelry, clothing reconstrcution, and wedding threads.  Maybe more!!

Nice to meetcha!!
