in the little picture on the main page it looks like there are square holes in your arms b/c it matches the wall color...I was freaked out.  Very cool.

haha i can see why you would think that, it looks weird indeed.

it looks really good with the extra length. I made the same hoodie too last week but made mine shorter with a tighter waistband so it's like slightly cropped. It also looked as if your hood worked out well. Mine was too small, I had to reshape it a bit, but it's still a weird shape. Did you have any difficulties with your hood?

yes, i made one before this and the hole for the hood came out wayy too small and the hood was an odd shape. I adjusted the pattern a bit to fit me better and just made sure i made the entire hoodie out of super stretchy fabric and sew everything with a stretch stitch.

I made this in a size Large, the pattern is so small! maybe its made for small American girls but i couldn't fit into a size medium which i usually wear.

Hey all, I made a hoodie using the pattern by RHLS, found on threadbanger.

I'm really proud of this one, and the fabric used may be the most awsome ugly fabric ever.
I made it a bit longer with a big stretchy band at the bottom, so it fits well and i can wear it
as a dress. It's soooo comfortable!

19  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / fun with feathers on: March 22, 2009 01:11:08 PM
hey all, i wanted to make the cute feather things like http://kenleycollins.com/wp-content/uploads/wpsc/product_images/black%20net%20copy.jpg kenley wears on project runway...
I wanted to make them a litte smaller so i could wear them a little subtle.

i know a lot of people are making these nowadays, but i thought it would be cool to show them
to you none the less. The real shame is that it's so hard too find good looking feathers! I could only
find black ones.

some pics (ingnore my tired face, it is sunday...)

do you like it?
