You've made great use of your space.  I also like your priorities...maid service and college funds.  Same as me!  Quite a while ago, my husband and I started looking for a larger home.  After a month we sat back and realized that we didn't want to be house poor.  We rethought our needs and fixed up our house. 10 years later and I don't regret it.

Great project.  The uses are limitless...family party, Christmas, engagement party...OH MY!  The packaging is wonderful also.  Thanks for sharing your talents.
