cut the board into circles, and maybe cover them with fabric too. it would look like polka dots! or do other shapes... this way it's not just one big block of blah.

how about one of the monster pillows they have around the site? you can get the fur in green or pink, to match her room.

and I think it's okay to make someone something, even if they can make it. like if you made a penguin amigurumi!

they have a "_____-in-a-box" thread here, and I know one of the posts was about a "spa-in-a-box" or something like that, maybe check there for some ideas? or some cute black & white mod jewelry would be cute...

oh my gosh! I went looking for the exact same thing a few weeks ago, because my nephew loves Thomas!! and all of the toys for sell are so expensive  Undecided . have you had any luck, r.brumback?

I've also considered making a child size back-pack and putting a picture of Thomas on the front. anybody know some patterns?
