Yeah, I got the idea from somewhere on live journal.  I absolutely adore this stuff, it's made stenciling so much easier!!!
Thanks Smiley

13  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Misc. Gift Idea Brain Blockage / Two year anniversary altered book ideas on: February 21, 2005 04:15:41 PM
So my boyfriend and I have been together for a little less than two years, and I wanted to make him something special for our two year anniversary.  So I did some thinking and I decided I want to try out making an altered book...sort of like a scrapbook of us.  I've never made one before.  I've found TONS of links for hints on how to make them.  The only thing I'm lacking is what exactly to put in it.  Yeah, pictures, movie tickets yada yada yada, but I need some different ideas, I want this to be REALLY GOOD.  I haven't done anything really special for him in awhile, so I want this to show him how much I love him.

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. Smiley

Ooh Ooh I have a question! Does the stencil paper go ON TOP of the wax paper or UNDER the wax paper before cutting the stencil out? And how do you keep the two together? Doesn't the freezer paper and stencil kinda shift when you use the exacto knife to cut the stencil out? I think this is my biggest problem to date. I hate when stencils are all complicated and not just one simple shape, its gets so frustrating when they move around Huh  Cry

You put the stencil ON TOP of the freezer paper, and tape it on so it doesn't shift.   Cool

"SEX, DRUGS & ROCK 'N ROLL"
-I took three shoe boxes and painted "sex", "drugs", and "rock 'n roll" and filled them up with fun things that went with those themes.  (Like condoms, toys, etc in the "sex" box....)

"

This may be a dumb question, but...Do you get asked for ID if you try and buy condoms or no?  I love this idea and it would be perfect for my friend, but I"m only 16 and very scared about getting weird looks from the check-out person at the drugstore  Shocked

Nah, you won't get asked for ID, I think of it this way, if they ask everyone for ID, younger people are going to have sex anyway without protection, and they'd be multiplying like rabbits!  Oh and don't worry about getting weird looks, they sell condoms all day, so they don't think anything of it haha.

HAHA!  I probably should've said that they don't have freezer paper at Walmart...I tried my Walmart and they didn't have it, either.

GO TO THE GROCERY STORE FOR FREEZER PAPER!

There, I said it haha.  Cheesy
