the letter stamps I used are automotive stamps (hence the odd font)
and yep, it's acid, which is why I store teh container i etch in outside, with many covers, and under the porch!
I didn't use any solder in this piece, I rivited the metals together, and used industrial metal glue for the pin back on it.
I am working on a couple little things, and I'll post them when they're done Smiley

I still have a shed (with at least 5 bins) and many bins of stuff in the house to go through!

that sounds oddly familiar lol  Grin Grin

I KNEW I was not alone!   Grin  Grin  Grin

far from! i've had that conversation about a gazillion times!

one thing that helped was getting one of those 3' tall plastic drawer things, i made a cover for it, so it just blended in with the living room,  but i had space for things i used alot (1 drawer for tools, another for yarn and needles, another of clay, and one of clay tools, etc)
i also keep projects on trays, that way i can work on one project on the tray, and keep stuff for it in a shoebox, and if i need to pick up, takes a minuet to bring tray and box in the back room,... (yarn things go in bags, with the same idea)

it also made a great surface to put things on, and was right next to the chair I craft in, which made it easier to pick up Smiley

i'm also working on an ottoman & coffee table, with spaces underneath for projects (i can't sit and watch tv without something to do with my hands!)

I FINALLY have a work area.  I talked the husband into getting rid of his stupid old futon in his office so that we could share the extra room!  He's putting my desk in today, I can't wait to organize all my goodies!  Cheesy

I did the same thing! it took ooodles of talking, but I've got my area in my other half's den/office (more like dvd/wrestling stuff room) and by mid week next week, I should be done re-organizing, and have my new workbench put in! I'm going to be studying for my jewelry repair & design degree, and I needed a workarea..
before the other day (when the shelves were put in)I had piles in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and closets but after I started squacking when he stepped on something I spent 3 weeks on.. he agreed to give me space. Roll Eyes Grin Cool

Opps! I did mean to put that!

Some people are able to send alot, some aren't, so send what you will, and as squidget said,
the more you send, the more exposure you get, so it all depends on you.  Grin

Depending on what things I get in time, I'll probably be sending 20-30 biz cards each (if not more), as well as a few other things Smiley
