I received from theatregirl on monday but thanks to my stupid digital camera (errr) you're seeing the AWESOME stuff she made for me today!

My alter ego is a geisha spy that can charm the secrets out of people with my demure powers of persuasion.

an overview of all my fab stuff

My beautiful painted box with lots of tea (even some loose tea!) inside

My beautiful bag to store my goodies in

My fab obi belt that even matches the inside of my bag.  I LOVE this!

Two beautiful notebooks (one of which already lives in my purse Smiley

The inside of the smaller notebook with lots of beautiful designs and...

The contents, which is actually a manual for reading tea leaves!  She gave me directions and a key for all the things that might appear in my leaves and what they mean.

Thanks so much theatregirl, your package is fab!

P.S. glad you liked your goodies! Smiley

Here are some wonderful pics of all the great stuff I got from janeausten.  She sent me:

a gorgeous cherry blossom necklace made out of shrinky dink and parchment paper and hand painted:

a sakura pin cushion and four cool magnets in a pretty pink decopaged box (plus some fab stationary):

and some really awesome cherryblossom handwarmers! My mom is totally trying to steal them to keep her hands warm at work Smiley

thanks janeausten, this was awesome!  I am so addicted now Smiley

14  Mini Scrapbook for the BF--lotts o' pics in Scrapbooking: Completed Projects by uradelight on: December 02, 2006 01:13:02 AM
Here's a mini-scrapbook I made for my b/f.  We're in a long distance relationship right now and we recently spent a weekend in San Francisco. I wanted to give him something to remind him of our time together.  Here are some of the pics! (Sorry for so many pics)

15  Plain black T to angel tee in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by uradelight on: December 01, 2006 11:19:33 PM
Here's a shirt I made for my little sis.  It started out as a plain black t-shirt from the craft store.  I cut off the colar and made it a into V-neck.  Then I found some wings online and made a stencil for them.  Then I hand painted them with turquoise and a little gold paint.  Finally, I cut a few holes on the sides and made some lacing to give it that little something extra.  Pretty much my first recon, so I'm pretty pleased Smiley.

17  My Rasterbation/wall art in Interior Decorating: Completed Projects by uradelight on: December 01, 2006 10:38:47 PM
I made a HUGE rasterbated image of my b/f's face for my room.  We have been together for over 2 years, and we're now in a long distance relationship while I get my masters.  When he came up to visit me, and saw the picture, he was very surprised Smiley

It takes up a lot of a wall in my room.  Enjoy

18  Le Dino Sac in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by uradelight on: October 03, 2006 01:49:27 AM
Hey guys, this is my first post.  I love love love this site!  I am trying to learn how to sew and keep myself occupied between classes.  Here is the little bag that I made for my roomie while I was on a road trip from L.A.  A bit messy on the construction, but done the entire time that I was in the car (and while it was moving and driving in scary L.A. traffic)!

Made from felt and embroidary floss, inspired by you guys!  Kiss
