1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Knocked off Anthropologie Bedspread...with only T-shirts, D'oh! on: September 06, 2011 05:01:52 AM
When I scrolled down and saw yours my eyes went all poppy  Shocked (like that) and I out loud went "whaaaaat?  that looks incredible!" My husband just looked at me like I was loopy. (Mind you, he looks at me like that a fair bit). But honestly, your bedspread is so beautiful, what a spectacular recreation.

This TOTALLY rocks!

These are so cute!  Love them, and I agree they look very professional.  I can't decide which is my favourite...  I think maybe the third one?  Or maybe the gold?  I don't know.
Great work!
4  CLOTHING / Designer Clothing Homage / Re: (yet another) Green Atonement Dress (SO PIC HEAVY!) on: July 28, 2010 05:17:06 AM
I think my sentiments are best summed up by telling you what I shouted when I opened this post...

"HOLY CR@P THAT DRESS IS FANTASTIC!!!!!"  Shocked

My husband gave me the strangest look.  Hehe.  But seriously, that is one gorgeous dress, and I wish it was mine.
5  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Gothic chokers and chainmaille Lots of pics on: July 23, 2010 04:46:25 PM
Wowee, congratulations!  That's really exciting news.   Smiley

My favourites are the second ring and the circlet.  The earrings are also awesome.  Great work!
6  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Steve Buscemi Cross Stitch on: April 17, 2010 08:06:53 PM
Oh, my word, that is incredible!  What patience you must have to do that all in monochrome.  I bet you want to do something really bright and colourful!  (and small  Wink)

Awesome work!
7  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: a story of hoods, and granny squares on: April 15, 2010 04:16:50 AM
These are adorable (as are your daughters)!  Those granny squares/triangles are a lovely feature.  I would totally wear both those cardigans myself.    Grin
8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Dress from two Pillow Shams on: March 25, 2010 04:38:17 PM
That is too cute!  I really love the fabric, and I'm always in admriation of anyone who can repurpose something so successfully.

I don't have anything constructive to say, other than, you look hot, girl!  Wear it and be proud!   Grin
9  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: My first teddy bear! on: March 25, 2010 04:23:04 PM
Oooh he's so cute!  Love the multi-colour fur.

I vote for yarn eyes, much safer for a baby than buttons.
