22  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / smelly poop on: January 03, 2010 12:12:35 PM
ok, so i know this is one of those crafts that ends up on sites like regretsy, but oh well Smiley  i made old fashioned cinnamon ornaments for the tree this year. but there was a good size chunk of batter left over, and being the sicko that i am, i made poop out of them.  as cool as they are Smiley they do have a purpose. if you put one in your oven at 200 degrees, it will fill your house with the warm smell of cinnamon. i've been giving them away as gag gifts.

23  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / cigg snuffers on: November 01, 2009 10:41:23 AM
my mom smokes like a chimeny, and smokes in her house.  one of her friends had a little thing that you put your cigarette down into, and it puts it out, without ruining it, so you can light it again later.  i'm going to visit next week, so i made her some.  she is a very holiday oriented person, so i made some for everyday use, and some for the hollidays.

this one is for fall, i love this little pumpkin

this one has two cig holes (the eyes) and the belly is an incense cone burner. its an owl, in case it doesnt look like one Smiley

24  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / my new vitamin hider on: October 14, 2009 01:55:49 PM
hi! i bought this at a yard sale for $2, and brought it home to paint.  its rough and imperfect, but i like it, i was going for beatlejuice-ishness, like something claudia would have put in her room.  and now it holds all of my vitamin bottles, because their ugly and needed a home.

25  CLOTHING / Shoes: Discussion and Questions / snow shoes on: August 17, 2009 12:13:13 AM

26  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / coyote night on: August 09, 2009 10:34:26 PM
we live out in the woods in oregons high dessert, and out back yard opens up to a canyon.  so, needless to say, we have a bit of a coyote problem.  my cat butters was outside when i heard the coyotes start to howl at the full moon. it was very eerie ringing up from the base of the canyon, and i was worried about my kitty. so to try and calm myself i did some artwork. butters came home shortly after. scared, but safe and adorable as ever Smiley i'd love to know what you think!

27  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / book broaches on: August 09, 2009 07:05:59 PM
i made a batch of broaches from recycled book pages. i sprayed them thoroughly with a clear sealant, so i'm hoping they will be at least somewhat weather resistant. please let me know what you think!

28  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / let it go...and if it comes back on: August 08, 2009 09:12:51 AM

29  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / bookmark on: July 30, 2009 10:26:19 AM
i'm not sure if this goes here or not, but i figured since it is mainly yarn, its my best bet. i got a huge bag of yarn leftovers at a yard sale, and now i'm trying to put them to use. the beads on the tassel are varying shades of vintage pearl beads.  please let me know what you think! i'm considering giving these as gifts to my book loving friends, but i want to make sure their likable first Smiley

30  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / hair clips on: July 28, 2009 08:02:02 PM
