This bread is WONDERFUL! I always find myself adding a little extra flour as well as extra time in the oven. One of my favorite ways to make it is with olive oil, dried garlic, and crushed rosemary rubbed in on top. Also for faster cooking and dinner rolls it is easy to make a few balls and plop them all together on the stoneware.
Any other yummy variations?
ps - this is much better than studying for exams!
