1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Pop tab purse on: June 24, 2008 03:50:32 AM
Great job.  I have one of these started.  I have both fronts and the sides and bottom done and have started the strap but I haven't finished it yet.  I started it about a year ago maybe.  I just never got around to finishing it.  I think I need to dig it out and get it finished.  You'd think being so close to having it complete I'd just finish it  huh?

I love this bag.  Is this your own pattern?  It is just fabulous.  I want/need to get back to the sewing machine.  I have been playing with paper for the last few days and while it's always a nice change to make cards...I can hear my fabric and sewing machine calling me.

Again super duper job on this I LOVE LOVE LOVE it.
3  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Flower Pixies! Meet Flora and Sunny (image heavy) on: April 29, 2007 11:12:25 AM
Wow these are beautiful.  My clay crafting skills are limited to making buttons for my purses for the most part.  You are very, very talented.

I've never been a pink person....purple and black have pretty much been my colors all my life but I've really been getting into pink lately and this bag is no exception.  I absolutely love it.  The "bug" bag is great too...how whimsical.  Thanks for sharing your wonderful work with us.  The purse frame really ads a nice touch.  Excellent job.

I love it!!! The design on the placemat is fantastic.  As for the handles...I'd leave them the way they are and if they are an issue plan to do something different for the next bag.  Great job and great find on those placemats.  I love working with placemats but haven't seen any as nice as those.

Really kewl backpack.  I think anyone would love to carry it.  Great color choice too.  And I've not been sewing lately either but have no valid reason just because I've been lazy lately and feeling like a slug.

Very bright and cheery.  I've just got to put a zipper in something.  Great job.

I love the pea pod fabric, very whimsical and we all need a little whimsy in our lives.  Great job on both bags.  This is one of my favorite bag designs, I made some adjustments to the original pattern also to make it work for me.  There are so many things you can do with that basic design.  Love the snaps...I put some on some Nascar purses that I pounded on....way too much work...LOL

I think this is adorable.  The outside pocket is a nice touch.  Your swap partner is one lucky person.  Great job on the design and the fabric.
