I just finished Vronik Avery's Short Row Hat:

It was a quick and fun knit. I used the recommended yarn (Faith by Ami-Ami) in colour A-48.

Free pattern here (in pdf format).

16  Re: To Dye For sweater in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by Amarillys on: February 19, 2005 08:07:28 PM
I just finished mine tonight:

The sleeves and collar weren't supposed to be pink, but I ran out of yarn and couldn't find any more of the blue (I used Phildar Laureate).

(excuse my hair, I had just gotten out of the shower  Tongue)

Could anyone help me? I'd like to use this image for my bag:

But I can't make it look ok on graph paper. I'd love if someone could make me a graph out of it. Thank you!

(if anyone is up for the task, you can email me at amarillys at hotmail dot com)

18  Re: Chinese Charm Bag in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by Amarillys on: December 11, 2004 09:12:47 PM
I'm boosting an old thread to show off the Chinese Charm bag that I finished today (still waiting for SNB Nation to hit the shelves in Montreal so I'm finishing older projects like mad in the meantime Wink ).

(the lining is cotton in lilac, though it looks white on the pic).

I couldn't find any Noro Gemstones, so I went with Noro Silk Garden. I like it. It's gonna be a gift for my mom.

I love that little bag. I may make myself one someday  Cheesy

I finished my own bag this weekend. I made the handles a little bit larger and I put the pocket on the front instead of inside. It was only my second knitting project so it's far from perfect, but I like it.
