1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Sweater boot DISASTER to crochet snugness!! (pic and disaster heavy!) on: January 29, 2011 04:39:38 PM
Hey there crazy cat lady, those are nice looking slipper/boots/what ever you choose to call them.  NICE.  did your cat play in the yarn/sweater stuff while you worked?  I have a dog who thinks he is a cat or something but plays in the yarn all the time, it's like "crack" to him, he can't leave it alone Roll Eyes.  Sometimes we just get that added bit of "help" from our four legged family.  I ott to know my family calls me a crazy dog lady  Shocked LOL
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: My First Scoodie... and it's the non folded rectangle type.... on: January 01, 2011 07:27:16 PM
I like scoodies (hooded scarves) but I don't care for the pointed tip so I set out to make a non pointy one. My boyfriend's mom asked me if I could make her a scoodie and I didn't want to make one I wasn't proud of... It's actually not that difficult just a little time consuming... I think I could make a trim for the edges but I like it as is. The one for myself will have bear ears. Smiley
So OK how did you make the scarf w/o the point?  BTW NICE! Grin

Love your shawl!  How did you hook it together?  Did you use a pattern?  Your right the "air" always does seem to be on, and I'm sitting under it TOO!  This would be perfect.  Info please.

Love the whole dog/sweater thingy, but the dog is TOO cute.  How many sweaters have you made and how many colors?  Your little one looks to be about the same size as my little guy, do you think the chest area is short enough to work around the "male ness" issue?  Changes shouldn't be too hard though.  Thanks for the pictures and the link!

Neat, what a great way to add length to a sleeve or top anything, your right the pattern is very nice, thread or yarn to make a vest, oh the ideas, YUMMMMM.  Thank you Maria.

DIY Just saw your sweater for Iggy Pup, very nice, I bet Iggy even liked wearing it just so he could go outside and not freeze!  How did you over come the "ah male" spacing issue?  I have a very small Yorkie and though he has the appearance of lots of hair, doesn't have any "coat" and can't go outside when it's cold, me either, So Cal WAY to long, since the post is older and the sweater has gone through a winter walk, how did it hold up?  Did any one else make one?  I am a newbie to dog but am so in love  oh well, those little soft brown eyes   Roll Eyes can't resist them.  Thanks for any help. And thanks for the sweater pattern.

Love your color choices, a hat and scarf but wheres the purse?  You know a girl NEVER has too many "outfits"? Roll Eyes Very nice and done on a loom too.  My Dad worked many loom projects until he was in his nineties, so loomed things are close to my heart.  Good job.
8  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: My first baby gifts!! A hat and a purse - plus need advice. on: October 02, 2009 09:00:31 AM
Love the baby hat!  Don't worry about the size, the ribbon looks good, if it's a little large it can be rolled up on one side, little girls are stylish, or cause we will be soon going into a cooler weather you could add strings to tie under her chin or make a new one matching color with ear muffy pieces to go with the really nice purse she got, you know a fall thing.  A girl can NEVER have too many hats or purses Grin. Start young work up.  Your colors are yummy.
