21  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Tunic & Yoga Pants on: February 12, 2008 08:30:30 AM
When I saw this fabric I just loved it!  This is the first outfit I made using this fabric.  My dd decided she would model and take photo if she could make silly faces.  So I took what I got - LOL.

Here is the set:

And some silly modeled shots:

I really like this set.  Better yet my dd really liked it.  So I think there will be more of these in the future.

22  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Twirling Princesses on: February 07, 2008 06:19:41 PM
My latest custom - a wavy twirling dress is perfect a little princess. Cinderella, Belle, Snow White and Princess Aurora adorn this dress and are accented in the bottom tier. The photos do not do this dress justice. It is a nice shade of purple with a slight sparkle.

23  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Simply Sweet Set on: February 06, 2008 07:04:33 AM
I just finished this custom.  It has a simple sweet look to it.  Hopefully it arrives in time for the birthday party!  The pants are a Kaufman floral print with the ruffle of a coordinate paisley.  The simple embroidery on the shirt just matches the flower colors in the pants.

24  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Crazy Disney Dress on: February 04, 2008 09:38:08 AM
Well my daughter loves all the Disney characters - not just the Princesses (although they are pretty high on the list). So I decided to make her a dress to show off all of the characters that I had in fabric. It is not quiet finished - I am not sure how I am going to finish the straps (button, mitten clips) and the hem is not finished yet. I may just turn and topstitch it.  It is a complete circle for maximum twirl factor!

Here is the result:

25  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Few New Redondos (IMG heavy) on: February 04, 2008 08:56:54 AM
Here are some of my latest redondo sets:

Into the Woods with Sophia:

The shirt really matches better then the photo shows.  My lighting is terrible today - it is raining in AZ!

Sweetheart Twirls

I wish I could take some better photos of the appliques but the macro feature on my camera is no longer working.

26  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Sweet Little Dress for a Sweet Little Girl on: February 02, 2008 03:02:38 PM
Here is another little peasant/redondo dress.  I really love the Chocolate Lollipop line by Free Spirit.  This is the first time I made something out of the blues in the line.  It is a nice change from the pinks.

27  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Flaming Dragons, Hawaiian Green Crab & Rockets - for the boys on: February 01, 2008 02:06:51 PM
These are a couple of short sets that I just finished.  Hopefully the little boys who are receiving it enjoy it.  All the shorts are board short length (just at or below the knee).

First up Flaming Dragons - this set is a size 7

Next Hawaiian Green Crab (who says crabs are not green) - this set is a size 5

Finally the Rocket set - this set is a size 2

28  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Birch Blossoms Twirling Style on: January 31, 2008 01:48:16 PM
These were just finished for sisters.  The redondo set is a size 6 and the dress is a 12-18 month.  I really love the embroidery on the redondo set!  I will have to use it on something for my dd.

Twirly Dress:

The two together (I can never figure out how to best photo dresses together):

29  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Twice the Twirls! on: January 30, 2008 06:50:02 PM
I just finished a new skirt set. It is a two layer spiraled circle skirt. When your little one twirls you see the two layers.  I am not sure I am in love this the shirt and embroidery yet.  It will have to be modeled for me to know for sure - hopefully in the morning.

Just the skirt:

30  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / On A Whim - Wavy Toddler Dress on: January 30, 2008 09:48:50 AM
I love the On A Whim fabric by Kauffman.  This sweet little dress is going to be an Easter dress.
