Fantastic package! Swap angels are the best Wink

I love the bracelet and necklace set! I love that it is in silver tones, too. That owl bag is fan-tas-tic!! I would love to carry that around. And, the scarf is beautiful- I haven't attempted broomstick lace, yet, I've been too chicken! And, the color is beautiful- I'll have to look for that the next time I'm yarn shopping (I've never seen it before...the Simply Soft selection near me is kind of lame...).

Hmmm... I could be tempted with a round 5!

And thanks so much, Astica, for organizing this swap- it was fantastic!

PS And, I'd consider organizing if we started sign-ups in July with send-outs in August...

And, as a result of this swap, I've been sucked into the wonder of Discworld- I'm on the 3rd book right now...

Yay! I'm so glad the magnets were a success! I was a bit worried that parts would break off in the mail. I was very lucky to find The Zombie Coloring Book online, which made it all possible.

I was also worried that I would have Zombie nightmares after making the magnets. Too creepy for me Cheesy

oh man i stuck to the rules and didn't put any extras in my partners envelope! ....... it was so hard to not put extras in and now i find out it's ok!  i feel bad now!

The main reason I signed up for this swap is because it was only supposed to be OTT  and I knew I didn't have time for more. I did stick a copy of the coloring book in there, but I didn't make it...

SunflowerSmiles said it best...

Well said, Homerof2! And, I'd be happy to have anything posted so far (or know the perfect gift recipient!).

I'm wishing that June 22nd would hurry up and get here... especially since it is 3 days after school gets out so I'll just be starting vacation Wink

Uh-oh! Now, I'm nervous! I just checked the DC# and it was miraculously updated...it was processed in Milwaukee about an hour ago... I wonder how far ZK lives from there...

Awesome packages! Once again, I am sad that this swap is ending...

I will keep my eyes peeled for round 2...

Oooooh! I like the frog pendant! I will definitely be trying fusing soon... I spend way too much $$ on pendants made by others, when I could make so many cool ones on my own! The little pouch it came in is sweet, too!

I'm hoping that my partner, our lovely organizer, gets my package tomorrow! I checked the DC# and it was very uninformative...

I won't be home tomorrow until late, late, late (in fact, late enough that it can almost be classified as early Wink ), so I won't be able to check until sometime Saturday...close to noon, probably! Can't wait to see more cool stuff!

I would love to get one but I can only imaging myself doing shrinkedinks and window seals (once a year). What else can you use a heat gun for? They are about $30 right?

Hmmm... I also do rubber stamping, so I use it for embossing. But, I've also used it to make beads out of plastic bottles, and to make the upside down planter (from a 2 liter soda bottle) and once I used it to warm up the aluminum door in the middle of winter when I broke the glass- the duct tape wouldn't stick to the aluminum, so I warmed it up! Mine comes in pretty handy for a lot of things, actually Wink

And, I bought it with a coupon for either 40 or 50% off. They usually run about $20 from a craft store. I don't have a heavy duty one from the hardware store...

OK,OK,OK.....I did a shrinky last night that I was hoping would be "the ONE" (hehe) and It started out as 5 inches by 3 inches. It didnt melt flat and now there is a bullseye shaped wiggly spot in the middle.-The middle stuck and the edges didnt. It is mostly flat -2 by 1 inches now- but I want it to be very very flat. I tried popping it back in the oven-no luck. Anybody?

I used to have this same problem, so that's why I switched over to my heat gun, I have much better control over it...
