Excellent web page!  I used to be nerdy like that, I had a web page that is more of a cobweb now.  I programmed the whole thing in notepad.  I think it's still out there...
Thanks! My first and favorite webpages were done on notepad...in good ole' HTML. I miss it sometimes...but using the software is much quicker Wink

Your robot is so cute! And so is the card you made using it! Now, where did you find the Tombots font? I think I'm in love Wink
6913  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Reading Rainbow Swap round?? on: January 13, 2008 04:16:00 PM
I think I never read it because I thought that it was like a "Choose Your Own Adventure" book...which I hated, because I always died...
6914  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Reading Rainbow 4 Signups: Jan. 13th - 18th Sendouts: Feb. 11th on: January 13, 2008 03:34:19 PM
The sendout date works for me...It works out nicely because I'll be sending on another swap on the 18th, so anytime after that is good. I'm desperately trying not to overlap my swaps anymore Wink

The web site is awesome Craftaddchick! It's so great to see all the poppets together and there seem to be so many I missed along the way! Great job!
Wow, what a cute webpage! I loved seeing all the poppets in one place. And the story is very cute as well. AND (a lot of "ands" here) I think it's great that all the tutes are gathered there as well. (:

Thanks! It has given me something Poppet-y to do while waiting for my sewing machine to be finished. It doesn't have everything on it, but I'll keep adding to it as I get more items. It was a great way for me to learn the new software (and I found out a weird little quirk that it has...glad I found it out now, since it'll save me a lot of trouble later!), and didn't really take that long.

But, seeing all of the Poppets together really, really makes me want my machine back! My bag of Poppet fabric is taunting me right now Wink
6916  CROCHET / Crochetalongs / Re: 2008 12" Squares ~ JAN on: January 13, 2008 02:01:55 PM
I have the ability to print web pages as PDFs, so I have a bunch of patterns saved that way. I keep them in a folder on my computer. I learned the hard way after a pattern I had planned to use ended up disappearing! And, with that in mind, I really should create a back-up of the saved ones on the computer Wink

The short sign up is perfect for me, too! I'm heading to my mum's on MLK, Jr. Day and I can plan a little better to bring what I need so my mom can help me Wink

Very cute! I especially love the leg shaping on the back legs! You should join the Frog Swap and then you can be my partner and send him to me Wink

Ooooh! Thanks! I'll have to check that out...The closest store was in VA...

Bummer! I just knew that you were going to say Hobby Lobby...I wonder how many states away the nearest one is? Might be worth a road trip someday Wink
