I really like your designs.    The solder seams will get better with practice.

25  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Re: The random RESIN question thread! on: August 27, 2008 10:00:28 AM
I don't think those molds are made for resin.  I think they're just marketed for resin because the seller knows that there's a demand for resin molds.
26  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Selling Crafts on Etsy.com / Re: How's your Etsy shop doing now? on: August 27, 2008 09:53:22 AM
I sold something last week after almost a year of selling nothing, but I don't know if it counts because my friend made it and I just listed it for her.  (She says that my photos helped the sale.)    I also listed something that I'm really proud of for the first time in a long time.  I just hope it gets the attention I think it deserves.

28  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Koi Belt Buckle (Resin) on: August 26, 2008 03:32:41 PM
I use to make these all the time.  I bought 15 buckle blanks and thought they were all gone, but I found one more, so I made this...

The koi is my own drawing...

These are just too cute...  Cheesy  I don't know what a sesame cookie taste like, but it has to be my favourite in button form.

Very pretty work.

my favourite piece from there has to be the "There are beings who don't believe in distances" necklace.  I love the asymmetry and how you consistently use silver and pearls (or else small silver spheres) in your work.
