2  EDITED TO ADD PATTERN LINK TO: My Soy Cardigan in Knitting: Completed Projects by Designer Knits on: July 24, 2007 11:59:46 AM
I just finished this cropped cardi made of Soy Silk and I love it. It's perfect for stufffing in my purse so I can pull it out in the overly-air-conditioned buildings here in Arizona. (It may be 115 degrees outside, but it is 37 in my office).

The pattern is of my own invention.
More photos and a free pdf of the pattern can be found here.

3  Mr. Pink Elephant in Knitting: Completed Projects by Designer Knits on: March 10, 2007 11:49:40 PM
I made him because I was bored with a complex lace scarf, so he presently has no owner. Presenting Mr. Pink Elephant:

Pattern is from "Toys to Knit". Yarn is from the stash (hence the pink)

5  Odessa beaded hat! in Knitting: Completed Projects by Designer Knits on: September 21, 2006 03:29:11 AM
I finished this recently but hadn't gotten around to taking pictures of it.

It's ODESSA, knit from Cashsoft DK (possibly the softest yarn I've used) and green glass beads. This was a really fun project to make and provided fairly instant gratification!
Find more pictures on my blog, DESIGNER KNITS.

6  orangutan! in Knitting: Completed Projects by Designer Knits on: September 15, 2006 11:18:52 AM
Hi, I'm new my name is Irene and I have been knitting for about 4 years. i made this Orangutan for the new baby of some friends. The orangutan is basically the "Tucker the monkey" pattern from Tracy Chapman's "Toys to Knit." I used orange fun fur held together with a variegated yarn, didn't add the tail and moved the ears around until he looked like an orangutan!

I haven't posted about the orangutan yet, but here is my new blog...
