I used a stretch stitch setting on my machine and it worked really well.  You can hardly tell where any of the seams are!  I did hand sew the ears though, because they were itty bitty on mine (I didn't use the rockford socks).

Oooh xtwdryx!  That one is really cool... I've been trying to figure out what I could do with my wallplate (it's got the big rocker switches like that), and I couldn't come up with anything neat coz everything I wanted had big patterns!  I really like that =D
