Everything is so awesome here.  I love Stormy Weather, GloStick, the green one from Lado and the pink from Nifty.

And WTG on the first spun alias, it looks awesome!!

Here is my one lonely little contribution this week.

Crayons in the Snow--it is 85% superwash merino 15% sari silk, 230 yards, 2-ply, 12-14 wpi.  I think it came out nicely and looks pretty cool.  Wink

I just got a ton of new rovings from HollyEQQ, including 2 bamboos, so I need to get cracking.  LOL!

28  New dyed fiber!!! in Dyeing: Completed Projects by mandalinn on: April 07, 2007 07:23:36 AM
I went on a dyeing binge yesterday, since I got 12 lbs of wool in the mail and 2 lbs of fiber the day before.

Here is what I came up with!

Peeps, 4 oz of Austrailian merino handdyed

Spring Fling, 4 oz of Romney wool handdyed

Ocean Depths, 4 oz of Falkland wool, handdyed

Spring Fling Revisited, 4 oz of merino/tencel blend

All together in their fibery goodness!

I also tried my hand at dyeing silk hankies for the first time.

I can't wait to spin all of these, they are so fun.  Thanks for looking!

Oh my, everything is so gorgeous!  I especially like Pistachio and Suzanne!!

Here is my one contribution for this week.  It is Coral Reef, 4 oz, 152 yards of superwash merino that I handdyed and then spun & plied.  I am very happy with this one and will be making some wristwarmers from it I think.
