I have my parents over for Christmas for the first time this year and I want to make sure we have some lovely desserts for Christmas Eve and Christmas day tea. I used two recipies from the Green & Black's Cookbook. If you're not aware, Green & Black make amazing oganic chocolate (see
here for more info if you're interested)
First up, the Chocolate Mousse Cake. Suitable for those with gluten issues, it's made of chocolate (a whopping 300g), sugar, eggs and ground almonds.

I then made the Lemon Drizzle Cake with Sunken Chocolate Chunks

I finished up with an old favourite, Anzac biscuits. My gran, who sadly passed away this year, always made them. I recomend them with a cup of coffee. Here's a sample:
