11  Baby Football Hat in Knitting: Completed Projects by sanditerese on: May 26, 2007 08:00:08 PM
I know six people having babies this summer, so I decided I should probably start working on gifts or I'd run out of time.  I found this pattern in Itty-Bitty Hats by Susan B. Anderson. It was so easy and only took me a couple of hours. This book is full of great hats.

12  Another Faux Dotty Scarf in Knitting: Completed Projects by sanditerese on: May 20, 2007 01:13:36 PM
Ever since I saw this scarf (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=129348.msg1254636#msg1254636) I have wanted to make one.  It took me awhile, but I am finally finished.  The stitch is very easy to do.  The only part I didn't like was weaving in all the ends!  I had mixed feelings about my color choices, but now that it is finally done, I love it.

13  Re: Lady Eleanor Round 2? in Knitalongs by sanditerese on: May 03, 2007 07:51:23 PM
I finally started my Lady Eleanor.  I was so surprised at how easy it is.  I've done about 1 1/2 skiens.  I'm using Paton's SWS in Natural Plum.  I love the colors and it's really soft, but it seems to get kind of fuzzy the more I handle it.  Has anyone else had that problem?  Here's my progress so far:

I received my package from DefunctBuffalo a couple of weeks ago.  She sent me a great altered book kit.  She even sent a book she did full of tips and ideas.  I can't wait to get started.  Thanks so much DefunctBuffalo.  I love it.

15  Re: 2007 April Wishlist Gallery in The Swap Gallery by sanditerese on: April 26, 2007 03:41:12 PM
I received my package from AsphaltQueen and it is so amazing.  She sent a ton of great stuff.

She sent fabrics that I absolutely love.  I'm just learning to sew, so I can't wait to use this.

She sent a ton of scrapbooking supplies.  Paper, stamps, stickers, charms and ribbon.

And she sent bath powder and bath salts.  The powder and salt smells soooo good.  I can't wait to use it.  She also sent the cutest puzzle soaps that I was going to try and get in the Sweat Shoppe next round, but now I don't have to worry about that.

Thank you so much AsphaltQueen.  You sent such a great package.  I love everything.

I should have posted this a couple of weeks ago, but with a sick family, I haven't had time to do anything!  I received this amazing pin cushion from Avesthel.  It is so cute, I just love it.  Thanks Avesthel!

I am thinking of offering pouches again, if anyone is interested in them, with the sewing/knitting themes and I could offer a couple of travel size crochet hook holders or pretty wallets to pick from.

cyndiq, I love the crochet hook holder.  I have to have one!  I can't wait for round nine.  So many great things again.  I'm definitely going to have to sign up for 10 items this time.

Would anyone be interested in crocheted scrapbook embellishments?

I received my final three items.  This has been the best swap ever.  I received my tote bag from SewingLori, my zippered pouch from PenGwend and glass magnets from GatsbyGirl.

Here's a better picture of the magnets.

Thanks to all my swap partners.  I love everything.

I've received two packages so far.  I received the project tote from AsphaltQueen.  It already has several projects inside.

And my ankle bracelet from serialcrafter.  I can't wait for it to get a little warmer so people can actually see that I'm wearing it.
