Here's one I forgot about until just now (cause I found it under a pile of junk- uh, I mean ephemera- on my crafting table).

Printing on aluminum foil:

Spray adhesive on the front of a piece of cardstock adhere the aluminum foil, trim excess.

Run thru the printer and the VERY important LET IT SIT a good 30 minutes.

A light coat of cheap hairspray and again let dry.  Supposedly, that should do it, but I ended up putting a light coat of spray sealer on mine and then let dry for 24 hours.  I'll take a pic in a little while and post.

I take it this would be for inkjet, not laser printer, right? The laser printers get so hot I can't imagine it would be good to put spray adhesive thru it.

Yes, inkjet, I don't know about laser printers.

here's my sample and it was done months ago when I made the crafting atc for Gebah

That Celestial card is beautiful!

I received a fabulous card from Selise in a personal swap, this picture doesn't do it justice what looks black in the upper right corner is actually red foil paper.  It really is beautiful, thanks, Selise.

Here's the card I made for MoxZ for the Ephemera Swap.  I used several different pieces of colored and embossed vellum and paper in my Dymo.

I want to be queen and have servants to do all the cooking and cleaning and 'stuff'.  (Well, at least the cleaning and stuff---I already don't do much cooking! lol)

I'm so excited ---- I just did this --- it's so cool.  The regular old fashion Dynamo label maker like this:

and regular cardstock scraps cut the size of the Dynamo tape and put thru the dynamo:

Talk about texture and matching the rest of your card!!!!!!  This is just so cool!  I used cardstock that was black all the way thru so I put a little chalk on the letters so that you could see them.  But if you used cardstock that had a different color (white) back then you could sand lightly and give it a distressed look.

My card, "Out of Hand".  Textured wall paper glued to heavier backing, 'Out of Hand glued to that, and transparency with hands and world printed attached with eyelets.
