I have received my final two ATCs.  First up, PatriaE's "Nina," a Chekhov inspired take on my seagull theme:

Hello, again!

I have received two wildly different cards, both by crafty_one, who chose my "fairy tales" and "Cthulhu" themes.

First, here's the ridiculously adorable "fairy tales" card:



Glittery-and-girly isn't my usual style...but just look at how gosh darn cute that is!

Next is this eerily eldritch "Cthulhu" card:



Crafty_one's note informs me that it's H.P. Lovecraft's face peeking through the tentacles.  It seems like the Cthulu image is on a sheet of plastic superimposed over the image of the face -- great effect!

Angelicus has received from me -- phew!  Here is the theatre-themed ATC ("Tragicomedy") I sent:

I came home to three spectacular cards today!

First up is schnerby's "Shou - Longevity."  Look at the great dimension and texture variation:

The center image is covered by smooth yellow plastic, and because it's recessed, it looks like a little window.

Next is "Bad Luck," by beccas_song, which also has great texture (including embossed silver lettering):

I think the sage and silver color scheme looks really neat (but better in person).  Of course, I can't help but feel a bit guilty that my "superstitions" theme is now responsible for a combined 14 years of bad luck for my fellow swappers.

And finally, there's Ffrogg526's "Beware of These!" card, with a built-in ladder that lets it stand on its own:

I've received my "sideshow attraction" card from WiccadWitch.  Behold the lovely "Countess Liliana":



The shot I took with the flash on completely washed it out, so we'll have to make due with this darker image.  This is another of those cards that's better in person, with wonderful dimensions and textures -- from the rhinestone accents to the nap-like red curtain.  Thanks, WiccadWitch!

This little card is maybe 2/3 the size of an ATC -- ATC, Junior!  It, too, has good texture and layering.  Thanks!

My "shou symbol" ATC from isabelchun has finally arrived all the way from Hong Kong:



I love that she chose the ideogram, since I'd only ever seen the symbol in the more stylized encircled form.  The colors and composition are great.
