Great cards!

And I have several to post, as I received one yesterday and three today!

First is calluna's "Hot, Sexy Beast" (on my "creatures of myth and fantasy" theme):

It's really trippy!  Sadly, some of the silver microbeads came off in transit, so the beast has a bit less bling on his card.  Still, there's a lot of great texture and color to appreciate.  Thanks, calluna -- he's...well, not sure I'd say "sexy," exactly...but he's awesome!

Today, I received "Koo Koo the Bird Girl" (on my "sideshow attractions" theme) from bunnyface:

Those are real feathery bits, so the picture can't really do it justice.  It's a fabulous card with a lot of dimension.  And bunnyface even sent a little informational blurb about this performer.  Thanks, bunnyface -- I love it!

Next is the "books/reading" card, titled "Once upon a time...," by attackofthequacks:

Those things that look like stitches around the picture of the child are, in fact, actual stitches.  Neat, huh?  I really like the simplicity and whimsy of this card.  She also sent a lovely greeting card, which looks handmade:

Thanks for both, attackofthequacks!

And lastly, there's ursulaandolive's "steampunk" card, "Time Gone Mad":

You can see the "time" part in that picture, but you actually have to open up the timepiece to see why (or how?) it's "gone mad":

Splendiferous, no?  Thanks, ursulaandolive -- it's marvelous!

Here is "Hmmm...?" -- the adorable alpaca-themed ATC I received from TerraBella01:

The hair is 3D...and pettable! Grin  I think his mellow expression and shaggy "do" make him look like a flower child!  Thanks, TerraBella01, for the camelid cuteness!

I have received two cards in the past few days.  First, a masquerade-themed card from macnatalie, titled "The Mask":

Look how pretty it is!  I love the wispy-washy effect of the ink and watercolors, not to mention the cool-color palette.  Thanks, macnatalie!

Next is Singalala's "The Maze," for my labyrinths/mazes theme:

It's a fun, interactive card: you can actually solve the maze!  And the lines were meticulously cut and overlaid on the background for a 3D effect.  Thanks, Singalala!

I've received this fun labyrinth-themed card -- complete with Labyrinth movie quote! -- from prettyinpaisley:

You can only sort of tell this from the picture, but the background/border is mirrored.  That's a brad in the center, so the labyrinth can spin.

Thanks, pretty-p, for the nifty ATC!

"It's so stimulating being your hat!"

I have received from Ffrogg526, who chose my "puzzles" theme (though maybe the card was in part inspired by the fact that I also participated in the Halloween Pop-Up ATC Swap).

Here is "Twisty Puzzler," scrambled:

Looks sort of Cubist, doesn't it?

And here it is, solved:

Pretty sweet, huh?  And unlike most jigsaw puzzles, the pieces to this one can't be lost!

Thanks, Ffrogg!  It's Ffabulouss! Grin

Great cards, everyone!

And I'm back with more to post, as well!

First off, I have to mention that my Frankenzombie-in-the-window card from WiccadWitch is, like half pint's, a two-in-one.  I just didn't realize until showing it to my husband earlier that it opens up to reveal:

How cool is that?  Thanks, WiccadWitch -- it's even more amazing than I thought!

I've also received my final two cards.  First, "A Spirit in the Night," by called2otherskys:

Such a cute little ghostie hovering over cubisty-decoupage ectoplasm and hellfire!  He's on a string, so he "floats" all around the scene.  So very cute -- thank you, skys!

And finally, here is vinnie451's take on the traditional pop-up:

It's called "Dead Alive."  Though you can't see it in this picture, the tombstone reads "R. U. Dead."   Grin  (I'm thinking this one doesn't moisturize.)  Thanks much, vinnie -- it's great!

This has been a super swap.  Thanks, everyone!

I have received from the immensely talented WiccadWitch.

Cerrado:

Abierto:

Isn't it cute?!  I mean creepy......and cute?

Thanks so much for this 2-1/2"x3-1/2" bit of awesomeness!

I've received from half pint!  This bit of interactive fun with the rising undead crept from my mailbox today:

It's fun to wiggle the arm around.  Here's a closer shot of the emerging zombie:

I'd have expected anything erupting from such an old grave to be much less comely.  She must moisturize. Wink

Thanks, half pint -- this is a great creepy-fun card!

I have received my first card.  Behold "Painful" by corduroy cat:

Yay for creepy skinless puppet men!  Thanks, corduroy -- it's spectacular! Grin

I've received my marmoset-themed card from noooitaremybirthday.  Here is "Marmosettle Down":

Isn't s/he adorable?  And the detail and texture are remarkable!  Thanks, nooo -- I love it!
