1  CITY GUIDES FOR CRAFTSTERS / AUSTRALIA / Re: Hello Ladies of Melbourne on: July 24, 2007 03:27:30 AM
The Uk is rubbish DMCs are cheaper there than here!!!

I'm having real withdrawls as we are seling the house so I've had to pack all my crafting gubbins away.

Are there any good websites I can see the prices of supplies so I can figure out what is cheaper and so stock up with?

At the moment we are looking at moving bayside as its the pommie dream to live by the seaside.  Also houseprices here are so astonomical that we probably can afford to live the ozzie dream!!  Its one of over 100 things I haven't really organised but need to quickly!!

Hello,

First let me introduce myself, I'm Becca I'm 28 and In about september I'm moving from England to Melbourne.  I just have a few questions for you.

I'm having an ozzie themed leaving party and loads of people will come as Dame edna, Kylie, Steve Irwin etc.  I want to dress as someone different but recognisable.  Also any ideas for food, decoration etc greatly appreciated.

I'm sure I have loads more so keep your eyes peeled!  Any general advice hints tips etc would be great.
