Duly noted. The phrasing of your critique could be less abrasive, but you have a good point. I flipped him earlier today and not only are his shoulders ridiculous but they're also lopsided. It's what I get for drawing at 3 am and thinking it'll be amazing.

I'm sorry! I had no intention of being abrasive about it. (I'm one of those people who just says whatever I think, and although I don't think I seem as harsh in person, I have been told I'm about as smooth as 40 grit sandpaper, so I guess I should probably work on that!) Honestly, though, I don't think there's anything wrong with your artistry at all- I just felt like he looked older than you said he was..

Also, I love the new hair!

Okay, for one thing, I think he's too beefy for a teenager. I can't wrap my head around him being only 16-17.. He looks like he's in his mid-late 20's because of those shoulders!

As for hair, I like 4, but I feel like that looks a lot older than a teenager, too.. I really like 2 because it's unique and weird and versatile.
4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: my first clothing line! (picture explosion) on: May 11, 2010 02:42:39 PM
I don't know much about fashion or designing clothes, but these dresses remind me of when I used to flip through Vogue magazines as a kid, which I'm pretty sure means you did an awesome job. Plus, most of them are realistically wearable, which (in my opinion) means they're better.. Very nice!

SO CUTE! I want one. Is that your daughter? She's adorable, too!

lol, I'm not a fan, either, but my mom kidnapped me and forced me to watch the movie! That's the only line I remember, because it's so completely hilarious. I think your costume is going to be awesome, I want pictures!
9  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Beauteous Bleachification on: October 05, 2009 12:17:23 PM
Ooh, duh- I didn't look under discussion and questions! (I have a cold- which basically means my brain is not working! Bah, stupid illnesses!) Thank you! Cheesy

btw, I should have told you I think your shirts are awesome. I'll probably be using this technique to spruce up some of my boring-as-heck t-shirts, too!

What do you mean you used freezer paper stencils? I'm sure this is explained somewhere, but I figured I'd just ask. I want to use this idea (bleaching clothes) for part of my Halloween costume!
