I forgot about cranberry sauce!!

Haha! Maybe no one will notice!

My sauce went over fairly well... but I think I made a bit much, oh well, more for me later!

I planned for the right amount of people... only someone brought their own cranberry sauce, because they "won't eat that kind." Like I said, more for me!   Smiley

Thanks! I never even thought to look on the bag. I used that recipe, plus the one I already had. I just sorta combined them and hoped for the best! lol... It tasted pretty good while it was still warm, hopefully it will be edible!

Thanks again and Happy Thanksgiving!

So, being the total dumbo that I am, I forgot to buy one of the main ingredients for the cranberry sauce. I got this recipe from Rebook:

I totally forgot the Apricot Spread. Does anyone know of a good substitution? Or does anyone have a recipe for cranberry sauce using fresh cranberries?

I know someone who has to work on Thanksgiving, so they went to Wal-Mart and bought some pre-cooked sliced turkey from the deli. If it's just you and your husband, I think that would be a great idea... a lot easier too!

Nice! I know this thread has gotten up to 12 pages now... and granted, I didn't read all 12 pages, but I just had to add... I have that same iPod! And you can't get a cover anywhere! I even went to a Mac Store and they didn't have any.

Nice job, and super cute idea!

Wow, I'm not really a tea person, but that is really professional-looking. I agree with lightninglacey, it would make an excellent gift! Nice!
