11  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / Where do you store your electronics? on: July 07, 2008 07:09:54 AM
My hubby and I have tons of electronics. I'd really like to set-up something where we keep them all easily accessible. Just sort of "grab and go" so to speak.

I've seen the "docking stations," but those seem to be rather expensive and I don't necessarily need to keep them charged anyways.

I don't want them to look tacky just sitting on a counter or whatever.

So... any ideas? Pics, etc?

Thanks!!!  Cheesy

Ha, I have that same shirt. Or had... I have no idea what happened to it  Embarrassed

As far as a no-sew pillow, I found a couple of links that might help.

When it came time to take the lasagna out, I moved the skillet over and forgot to turn off the burner. The lasagna in the glass casserole dish was set on the hot burner. About 6 minutes later, the thing EXPLODED - sending hot cheese and shards of glass all over both of us.

That happened to my mom once! We were sitting the the living room, and all of a sudden, BOOM! We looked at each other... then realized what had happened. It was crazy... fortunately no one was in the kitchen at the time.

I can't really think of any disasters off hand (though I do think this is an awesome idea for a thread). But once, a few years ago, my mom was cooking and she decided (at random) to give me a lesson on what to do if the stove ever caught fire. Right as she stopped speaking... the stove caught fire! Of course she put it out promptly and no one was hurt! Crazy!

I forgot about cranberry sauce!!

Haha! Maybe no one will notice!

My sauce went over fairly well... but I think I made a bit much, oh well, more for me later!

I planned for the right amount of people... only someone brought their own cranberry sauce, because they "won't eat that kind." Like I said, more for me!   Smiley

Thanks! I never even thought to look on the bag. I used that recipe, plus the one I already had. I just sorta combined them and hoped for the best! lol... It tasted pretty good while it was still warm, hopefully it will be edible!

Thanks again and Happy Thanksgiving!
