This is the request that came in and here is the outcome of that request let me know what you think

Her request:

Not that I think that I will ever find what I am looking for...but...

In 2000 I bought a "purse" from L.L.Bean. It was more of an "over the shoulder travel wallet" like thing. (I don't carry bags. I need hands free)

It has a pocket for coins, id pocket, creditcard pocket, extra pocket, and one large zip up one...

Anyway, it is getting old and ugly. I have used it everyday since I bought it. Recently I have become very allergic to the strap. Turns my poor little neck into a red hivey looking disaster.

Wow would I just love some beautifully made, fun colors/pattern, cotton/silk travel bag, to replace my beat up stand by.

This is The finished product

thanks everyone i appreciate the feedback. I saw this purse in a high dollar store and it was 95 dollars so i came home with the main image in mind got some fabric out of my stash and wasted about half a yard of fabric trying to get that front piece the way i wanted it centered. i put it in my shop had lots of comments on it but its still there. I guess it will sell one day.

8  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Selling Crafts on Etsy.com / Re: are cheap (but NICE) items a good start? on: October 12, 2006 05:13:51 AM
my best advice for you is to buy from someone else first that way you start off your feedback score. that helps that people think they can trust you its not that your new consistency in listing is a major key and getting yourself out there and known is another
