what's nice about these, as opposed to some other mini top hat tutes i've seen, is that your design has excellent shaping, giving the hat a certain flair. many mini top hat tutes involves making a straight, stove-pipe structure. these are much cooler!

Yeah like i said in reply to the first post i'm not very good with tutorials but the books in the link i gave should help you out somewhat, just make things in a smaller scale..and i know there are a few tutorials online if you google it, most use cardboard in the tutorial but they will help you get the basic shape down to draw out your own pattern for the buckram (if that's what you're using)
