11  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: Odd patterned fabric i just had to buy on: August 23, 2009 01:03:59 PM
Your hubby is wrong! That fabric is beautiful! Is the tote big enough for groceries? I doesn't seem that big on the hanger. I've been looking for a good tote pattern.
12  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Chair Reupholstry on: August 22, 2009 08:42:20 PM
It did turn out great! I love the fabric you chose. Grin
13  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Don't Judge A Book By It's Movie on: July 21, 2009 08:54:53 PM
in MOST cases I think you're right.  when it comes to 1-5 of the Harry Potter series, I have to beg to differ.  but with number 6, the book was WAY better.

this is awesome by the way.  I think this is now officially one of my favorite quotes.  Grin

As much as I love the HP movies, to me the books will ALWAYS be better. The movies leave out too many details.

I LOVE this by the way. It's very simple and very beautiful Grin
14  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: NCIS Themed swap. on: July 20, 2009 07:12:11 PM
I Love NCIS! But I've never swapped before, would you except swap noobs?
15  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Hoodie recon on: July 14, 2009 08:13:21 PM
I think the sleeves look perfect they way they are.  Maybe it's just hard to see the "hot mess" (that's hilarious, by the way) in a picture on a computer screen, but they appear to be the exact length that I, personally, prefer, and I love that they look fitted, and not all hoodie-baggy.  I think you look adoreable in it!  Good work!

I totally agree!!
16  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Parselmouth & Dark Mark tattoo on: July 14, 2009 08:09:44 PM
The shirt looks great, I love the font! The dark mark tattoo printed out very nicely too.

p.s. Did you use the Computer Crafts brand tattoo paper? I bought some of that to make pirate tattoos for my nephew's pirate party and they pretty much sucked! And I paid $10 for that junk! But that's just my 2 cents...

So cute! I love the idea of the thought bubbles and the finished banner on your blog looks great!

That looks great! Go Ravenclaw!

If you don't mind me asking, where did you find the stencil?
