13  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / First stencil: Butterflies everywhere! on: November 10, 2006 06:15:55 AM
My first stencil.
I just drawed some butterflies on paper and cut them out.
I used acrylic with a textile medium.
Some of the butterflies are glittery!

14  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Spencer with turtleneck on: November 10, 2006 04:10:01 AM
My first finished knitting project!

This was my experiment and practice piece.
I didn't use a pattern so i just freestyled along the way.

I love how the little sleeve turned out.

i love to get some feedback
15  FIBER ARTS / Spinning: Completed Projects / My very first handspun knitting-work thingy! on: November 09, 2006 08:26:23 AM
My very very first handspun project!  Grin
The wool came 'fresh' from the sheep. It was lovely smelly and greasy!
This was the first time I touched a spinning wheel. So that explains the bumps and lumps and twisty parts. But hey, theres a first time for everything! (I guess Roll Eyes)

I thing it is pretty cool my first handspun is now transformed into a really comfortable cloth.

the whole thing

Kitty likes sheep smell too!

16  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Good-luck charm on: September 05, 2006 12:28:38 AM
This is a little good-luck charm I had for my mom. She's having eye surgery tomorrow and I wanted to give her a little something to get some    positive spirit from.

This is what i came up with.

Its just one inch small and made out of two beads.

17  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Iron wire puppets {big pics} on: September 04, 2006 02:21:44 AM
Well, i have no idea if this is the right section for this, but since they are little puppet thingies i thought this should be the right one.

These little fellows are made out of iron wire. They are about 6 inch tall.

This is the Angel of Wasps. I made these during our vacation in the woods where we were hunted by a thousand wasps.  Shocked
This sad little angel i made in memory of all the wasps that got trapped in our tent we killed.

This little fellow likes spinning around and around in the backyard.
He is made out of one string.
18  CLOTHING / Costumes: Completed Projects / Fairy wings [UPDATE other wingies !! p.5] on: August 31, 2006 01:01:14 AM
Hi creative craftsters!
This is my first real post on this forum. So here it comes...  Roll Eyes

This costum I made about a year ago for a fantasy fair where a lot of people dress themselves as fantasy creatures.
I made the wings and the dress myself (except the corsetthingy).

Hope you like it!
