I was thinking a muslin, but as I never made a doll, I'm not sure.  what works best for you?

you can paint them up like little Christmas packages, and make a scene with them.  You might have to add other things to it, like a Santa or something, but it could be cute.

What could I do with a book of vinal (sp??) swatches? They're in strips about 3 inch wide by 9 inch long.

oh believe me I know the feeling all too well!  I've got a ton of WIPs and I'm always starting more each day.  I think right now I have 5 counted cross stitches going, 7 or 8 quilts in various stages and other projects, my newest include making teddy bears and dolls.. but ya, I know the feeling!

What I do is I have my stash seperated into piles, the NOW or oh heck ya pile, the ohh that's a good idea, or I have a good use for that, but it's not for a couple months pile, and then the, maybe someday pile.  Seems to help me.
