I'm Shout.
I began a project called Oceanovox, otherwise known as Project Vox, to bring Art to the masses. I, along with my friend, Howl, make 5x4" cards with artwork on them, and leave them in random places. People that find these cards are to write, inside, the date and the location the card was found.
The directions on the card also mention an optional step: to take a picture of what has been written inside the card so far, and to post it on our website.

(We seal our cards with packaging tape to prolong the cards' lifespan)
But it's alright, because I love the challenge. ^^
