I would put all of the washable buttons into a lingerie bag and wash them with a load of towels or something else with cushion and then lay them out flat to dry on absorbent white paper towels, laying towels on top too. You could also put fabric softener in the rinse cycle and that should take care of the unpleasant smell. Worth a try! I've done this with all kinds of odd things and they have turned out beautifully! Ooh, our baby monkey is back. I've been on vacation for 2 weeks so I've probably missed some posts... She and her drum cover are adorable as per usual! More monkey, more monkey!
Dang it, missed out! Here's an idea, start selling the wonderful things you make her and let her model them for you! Or since you're not supposed to sell on here, give them to homeless or kids in distress and show us all of your creations! I'm sure as a mom to a little one you have loads of free time, LOL! Truly though, my daughter and I call each other when monkey has a new picture and say," Quick, check out Crafster, she's on again!" She is quite the adorable poser.
