1  Randolph McFluffsen in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Ladymissdelight on: June 03, 2007 03:42:35 PM
So The boy is doing band pratice all day, again (arg!) and I was inspired yesterday at the Indie Craft Experience, so I made this...

Randolph McFluffesen is a novelist and indian food and movie enthusaist. He writes crime dramas under the pseudonym "Jack Nantucket" and spends alot of time in bars. His favorite band is Journey but he normally lies and says somthing more artsy like the Decembrists or The Talking Heads when questioned.

He's made out of the collar of a horrid old sweater which sat in the back of my car for almost a year (that sweater had some stories. We called it the hooker sweater, pronounced HOOK-UH SWEAT-UH, it went to Rocky Horror and even helped us to clean indan food out of a hat, but I digress...) The lining of his ears is made from some super-awesome fabric I found at the city-wide clothing swap (a truly magical experience, well worth the 2 1/2 hours drive) and his eyes are vinyl.

2  Rose cuff braclet (several images) in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Ladymissdelight on: June 03, 2007 01:00:50 PM
I made this bad boy a little while ago out of felt. It was actually really simple and I'm really happy with the results. This is what it looks like on (please excuse my henna) and this is the button I really like it. Please tell me what you think!

3  Wee Cakey in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Ladymissdelight on: June 03, 2007 12:55:13 PM
I made a bunch of these little guys a few months back but I gave all of them away save for this one. His name is Ralph. He's chocolate cake. I took his picture next to a penny for size refrence. He love to watch romantic comedies and take long walks on the beach. Sure he may be a bit romantic, but itsn't that what every girl or boy looks for in a tiny slice of cake with a face?

4  Lou, the knitting dino in Completed Projects by Ladymissdelight on: May 31, 2007 12:10:31 AM
I found this lonely little dino a while back. He had no job and so I told him I would take him in. After a few weeks of him doing nothing but watching the History Channel and eating all of my chips, I decided Lou needed a hobby. I knit this on toothpicks with beads glued to the end. Lemme tell you, toothpicks were not created with knitting in mind. I know this is not the most amazing or impressive thing, but I hope that it makes somone smile!
