It really isn't that "basic". I think it took me something like 6 months to figure it out.  Wink

YAY Thanks for posting picks irish_chicky! Though I still plan to tke some of my own Smiley especially the diorama - you can't tell in this pic but it is soooooo awesome and pretty Cheesy:D!! I love love LOVE the necklace and bracelet too! The pillow made me laugh because I looked at that design but decided to use a different one LOL. *And* I now have my very first ATC. I am one happy craftster!

With first my life woes and now my technology woes (esp. the sewing machine!  Cry) I am running quite behind here Sad *but* so far everyone who has seen your works-in-progress has liked them a lot, so I think you will enjoy them when they *do* get there. Cheesy
17  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / Re: Tree of Life- First timer with question on: January 22, 2007 12:56:46 PM
What about a dark green velvet ribbon or green leather?

Very pretty btw!!!

Green was going to be my suggestion as well. Smiley
18  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Japanese Lolita gallery on: January 09, 2007 11:16:04 AM
Yeah... no offense to kairichan (who sent me the most wonderful swap package), but I think the swap would have been a bit more successful with an organizer that was able to be involved more. Nobody could do anything about flakers, but she seems to have just poofed and left all of us hanging...

Yeah... I just checked her profile page and apparently her most recent swap she "Completed some wishes, then disappeared no communication, didn't send, had to get an angel". It's weird too because she completed 12 other swaps...maybe something happened in her life? Anyway, I just wish there were some more pictures in the gallery!
19  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: *Alter Ego/Secret Identity Swap?* on: January 09, 2007 10:57:49 AM
lilylola: nomatter how much breast feeding has "taken it's toll" . . corsets are always hot Wink

Awww I'm sorry lilylola that you're not down with the pasties, but I agree, cosets are DOPE! (And just an fyi, it is the *pregnancy* that changes them, not the breastfeeding - mine are still good LOL and I've been nursing for a total of 3 1/2 years!)
20  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Re: Help make me a pin-up girl! (need DIY photo/costume/hair/pose ideas!) on: January 08, 2007 01:25:43 PM
This is such a fabulous idea - I am sure he will love it! Oddly enough I was just talking about doing this (just randomly, not for anyone lol) when I stumbled across this post. Cheesy The muffin-tin photo looks very promising, though you may want to change the spot you are posing so that the cupboard shelves are not directly behind you, but more off to the side, so they are more background and less of a distraction from your sexy self! Cheesy
